How to repair broken recorded games

Hi all!

Have you tried to replay a recorded scenario but fail because of the message "Cannot load that old recorded game"? If so there is an solution to your problem.

By downloading a small program called mgxFix v0.4 you can easily "repair" these "broken" files.

Ah nice. I the old version didn't quite work last time I tried on my windows 7 computer.

Many recorded games played in GameRanger has not been able to replay because of "old recorded game" message. Not even the old Recorded game program seem to work to fix this problem.

Because of this problem I have a few times asked a staff member on AocZone (BugA_the_Great) to fix the recorded games for me, and kind enough he has done so. Some days ago BugA messaged me and told me that the old recorded game fix-program has been updated, so I thought I share it with you here:
