COBL random tournament - SOON Empty COBL random tournament - SOON

just to inform all Cb1 members that soom will start random tournament , map will be our standard random map name COBL_random, games will be 1v1 format random civ, and only one game (no rematch) everybody will play vs everybody, and best 4 will play final four, more information soon.
